I got on board first time ever all excited to travel overnight on a ship to New Castle England. It was the ride of my life (wink)
As the ship left the deck, my body left me. I was floating in the air as my body was glued to the table I landed. Little old ladies were passing by with a smile. Some went to dance on the dance floor while I just got sicker and sicker by the moment. As the waves were moving the ship, my ears, head and whole being was out of sync. Sea sickness… Never had one until that evening and how imbalance robed me from my planned out balanced evening. Can you relate? As we think we are always in control, we are proven wrong… Embrace balance as imbalance Is in competition with you. Imbalance comes from a tiny disturbance of our anticipated beautiful day, leaving you with yourself to bite your own arm… Don’t do it….. If it does not feel right….then it is probably not right…. You can’t avoid some earthquakes but taking precaution and understanding the inevitable will make you stronger. Balance is vanilla, balance is flat, balance is boring.
Balance is sweet, and happy.
Balance is harmony and golden retreat

Balance is self love
Balance is darling
